1. All rentals are subject to these conditions, which are deemed to have been accepted by the hirer on completion of booking contract.
2. The booking is considered as accepted upon the hirer receiving a written confirmation and a receipt for monies paid.
3. All information supplied by the owners is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time of printing. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of any statement made, but the owners cannot be held liable for any variations, howsoever caused.
4. Neither the owner, nor their servants nor agents, accept liability for any personal injury, loss of valuables, defect or irregularities or damage, howsoever caused. This may be covered by the hirers own insurance.
5. The owners cannot be held responsible for occurrences due to reasons beyond their control (strikes, mechanical breakdown. illness etc.), including the possibility of any infrastructure repairs or general construction deliveries of building materials or building works taking place within the area. Should the owners become aware of works causing major disruption which would directly affect the villa you will be notified as soon as possible?
6. The person responsible for making the booking undertakes that no person shall cause anything to be done which would endanger the policy of the owners' insurance in respect of the villa, which might make the same void or voidable.
7. If breakdowns occur in respect of water, electricity, etc. the owners reserve the right to repair these as soon as contractors are available, and also require that such contractors have the right of access. No responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any associated inconvenience.
8. The hirer shall be responsible for the replacement of any key to the villa which is lost or misplaced.
9. The villa is a strictly NO SMOKING villa and the hirer shall be responsible for enforcement.
10. Strictly NO PETS will be permitted at any time in the villa.
11. The hirer shall be responsible for making good any loss or damage to the villa, its grounds, its contents or its equipment, which occurs during the period of the booking. A security fee of £200 will be payable at time of balance due, refundable upon receipt of villa keys by owners, and confirmation of condition of villa by our agents. Should damage occur that exceeds the £200, the hirer is fully responsible for paying the balance.
12. The hirer shall be responsible for leaving the villa in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional costs incurred for what is considered by our cleaning company, to be excessive cleaning, will be deducted from the holding fee of £200.
13. When cancelling a booking within eight weeks of the departure date the full amount becomes payable unless the owners can re-let the property, in which case a full refund (less the owners reasonable costs incurred in re letting the villa) will be made. In other circumstances the deposit will be lost unless the owners can re let the property, in which case a full refund (less the owners reasonable costs incurred in re letting the villa) will be made.
14. Keys MUST BE RETURNED within TWO WEEKS of completion of rental .
